Update

I’ve been neglecting you guys and that’s so not like me. I apologize for that but I’ve been so motivated in my diet and workout that it’s just taken over. First off I’m down 6 pounds!!! Yes, and I didn’t have to drink a protein shake to do it. Low-carb and exercise have been my bestie for the last couple weeks. I’ve started getting better educated with what I can eat when I got out and still losing weight in the process. I’ll start sharing more guys, my life is semi interesting I think maybe not lol
